MUSCLE FOOD-IT IS ALL IN THE COMBINATIONS

Through my years of research, studying nutrition and trying to figure out the code of muscle building, I always stumble on the same few muscle foods that are claimed to be the key to building muscle. 

TRUE BUT NOT TRUE!

Muscle building is a very scientific process, not any one individual food claimed to be a muscle food individually has all the tools your body needs to build muscle. 

REAL LIFE EXAMPLE-a muscle food that has mainly protein but not many vitamins and carbs is like trying to build a house with lots of strong bricks but you have no workers and no cement. It is not going to happen

AMAZING foods to build muscle with, yet individually they will not be used efficiently, you cannot go over your calorie surplus required to build muscle and if you decide to do that you will cause undue stress to your kidneys
